Ts. Juniza Binti Zamri is a Senior Lecturer and Professional Technologist (MBOT) at Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin, specialising in multimedia education, gamification, and digital learning technologies. With over a decade of experience in teaching and industry practice, she integrates creative multimedia, mobile application development, and instructional design to enhance student learning experiences.

Her work focuses on the development of interactive learning environments through mobile applications, educational games, and digital platforms. She has led and contributed to multiple award-winning innovations, securing Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in international competitions such as iLRF, INIIC, and I-IDeA, particularly in the area of educational mobile game development.

Juniza is actively involved in research and publication related to multimedia learning, digital content delivery, and educational technology, with works presented in international conferences and journals. She also collaborates with industry and academic partners in projects involving e-learning systems, tourism applications, and digital education platforms.

In addition to her academic role, she is a trainer, speaker, and innovation consultant, conducting workshops on mobile app development, e-learning technologies, and digital content creation. Her expertise spans gamification, instructional design, edutainment, and multimedia production, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application.
